Community House of Prayer – Nampa (before remodel)
Earlier this Summer, I (Matt Gager) was spending some time praying and seeking the Lord for the future. During my prayer time the Lord told me to open a house of prayer. This was to be a place of prayer and worship, open to the community all week. It was not to be a place for preaching. God showed me that the House of Prayer would clear the spiritual atmospher so God could move and people could be set free from demonic strongholds in their lives. God also told me that I needed to seek advice from my good friend and Four 18 Ministries co-board member James Oosthuis, as to the specifics for the House of prayer. A couple of weeks later a small group of us were on a ministry trip. During a time of prayer James told me that he felt I was to partner with another friend of ours, Dan Mangeac, in opening a house of prayer in Nampa, Idaho. Dan also confirmed that he felt the same leading. Dan had already made an offer on a house adjacent to the church he pastors, and felt like Bree and I were supposed to lead it.
Currently the house is under construction. It has been stripped down to the bare studs. Electrical, Plumbing, insulation, Sheetrock, flooring, roof and finish work still need to be completed. We need your help to make this project a success. Dan and Liz Mangeac have fronted the cost to purchase and remodel the house.
How you can help.
- Prayer. We need prayer covering. While we get up and running and into the future. Would you commit to praying with us?
- Volunteer. We could use some skilled Labor. If you are a Plummer, sheetrocker, painter or just want to come help clean, we need your help. Call Matt 208-380-4889.
- Financially. Pastor Dan and Liz Mangeac stepped out in faith and have fronted the cost for the house. It would be great to reimburse them for the cost of the house and remodel. Please prayerfully consider giving financially to this work.
